These terms govern your use of alliancebusinessadvisors.co and any service purchased from Alliance Business Advisors LLC ("ABA," "we," "I," "me"), a Louisiana limited liability company. By using this site, purchasing a service, or submitting documents, you agree to these terms.
ABA provides business advisory and financial clarity consulting. This includes reviewing financial documents, identifying cost leaks, analyzing cash flow, evaluating merchant processing costs, calculating owner pay capacity, and recommending operational and budgeting changes.
This is the most important section on this page.
You should continue to work with your CPA and attorney. My work is meant to sit alongside them, not replace them.
My analysis is only as good as what you send me. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate documents, and for having the right to share them with me.
Documents must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If they are not, your session will be rescheduled rather than refunded. This is not punitive. The work happens before we meet, and without documents there is nothing to work on.
How your documents are handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and accepted in writing. Payments are processed by Authorize.net. Prices are stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.
If a scheduled payment on a payment plan fails, access to the service may be paused until the payment is resolved.
All payments are non-refundable once a session is scheduled or a program has begun.
The reason is straightforward. The majority of the work in an Intensive occurs before we meet: I review your statements, build your leak report, and prepare your findings in advance. I also hold an entire day for a single Intensive. Once that day is held and that preparation begins, it cannot be recovered.
Group programs and cohorts are non-refundable once the program begins, for the same reason: your seat prevents another person from taking it.
Rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice is permitted once, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, or failing to appear for a scheduled session, forfeits the session. No refund is issued.
If you disagree with a charge, contact me first. Initiating a chargeback for a service that was delivered, or that you elected not to use, is a breach of these terms. In that event I reserve the right to contest the chargeback with evidence of your agreement and of services rendered, to terminate the engagement immediately, and to recover any resulting fees and reasonable costs of collection.
I will tell you what I find and what I would do. I cannot guarantee any particular financial outcome, savings amount, revenue figure, or profit result. Results depend on your business, your market, and whether you actually implement the recommendations. Testimonials on this site reflect the experience of specific clients and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
You remain solely responsible for every decision you make in your business.
What you tell me stays with me. I will not disclose your confidential business information, and I will not use your specific numbers publicly without your written permission. In return, program materials, worksheets, frameworks, and cohort discussions are confidential to you and should not be redistributed.
All content on this site, and all worksheets, templates, frameworks, recordings, and materials provided as part of a service, are owned by ABA and licensed to you for your own business use only. You may not resell, republish, or distribute them, or use them to deliver services to others.
Your business data remains yours. Deliverables I prepare for you are yours to use in your business.
Group programs are judgment-free rooms and will stay that way. I may remove any participant whose conduct is abusive, harassing, or disruptive, without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABA's total liability arising from or related to any service is limited to the amount you actually paid for that service. ABA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity.
I may decline or terminate an engagement if the relationship is not workable, if requested documents are not provided, or if these terms are breached. Where I terminate without cause, I will refund any prepaid amounts for services not yet delivered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
These terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
