Privacy Policy

You are about to trust me with private information about your business. You deserve to know exactly what happens to it. This page says it plainly.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Alliance Business Advisors LLC ("ABA," "we," "I," "me"), a Louisiana limited liability company, and to alliancebusinessadvisors.co and any page, form, or funnel operating under it.

What I collect

Information you give me directly

• Name, business name, email address, phone number
• Payment information submitted at checkout
• Appointment details when you book a session
• Messages you send me by email, text, or form

Financial documents you upload

• Business bank statements
• Profit and loss statements and other financial reports
• Merchant processing and credit card processing statements
• Vendor lists, subscription lists, and expense records
• Any other document you choose to send me for review

These are collectively called your "Financial Documents" throughout this policy.

Information collected automatically

• Basic analytics: pages visited, time on page, referring source
• Device and browser type
• IP address

What I do with it

Your Financial Documents are used for one purpose: to prepare for and deliver the advisory service you purchased. That means reviewing them before our session, identifying cost leaks and cash flow issues, calculating owner pay capacity, and writing the deliverables you were promised.

Your contact information is used to schedule with you, deliver your session materials, send transactional messages about your engagement, and, if you have opted in, send you occasional educational or promotional emails.

What I will never do

• I will never sell your information. Not your contact information, and certainly not your Financial Documents.
• I will never rent, trade, or share your Financial Documents with any third party for marketing purposes.
• I will never share your Financial Documents with another client, another advisor, your CPA, your bookkeeper, your bank, your business partner, or your spouse, unless you tell me in writing to do so.
• I will never use your specific numbers in a case study, testimonial, workshop, or social media post without your written permission.

Who does have access

I am a solo practitioner. In practice, I am the only human being who reads your Financial Documents.

Your information does pass through service providers I use to run the business. These providers process data on my behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes:

• HighLevel hosts my website, forms, file storage, CRM, calendar, and email.
• Authorize.net processes payments. Your full card number is handled by them, not stored by me.
• Email and calendar providers deliver messages and scheduling.

I may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect against fraud or a legal claim.

How long I keep your documents

Financial Documents are retained for the duration of your engagement plus twelve months, so that I can answer follow-up questions and support year-over-year comparisons if you return. After that, they are deleted.

You may request deletion of your Financial Documents at any time, including immediately after your session. Email me and I will delete them and confirm in writing.

Basic business records such as invoices and contracts are retained as long as required for tax and legal purposes.

How your documents are protected

Documents are uploaded through an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems protected by multi-factor authentication. I do not download your statements to unsecured devices, email them to anyone, or store them in shared folders.

No system is perfect, and I will not pretend otherwise. But your documents receive the same care I would want for my own.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Authorize.net. Your full card number and security code are transmitted directly to the processor. I do not see, store, or have access to your full card number.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and consent, I may send you appointment confirmations, session reminders, and document requests related to your engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consenting to text messages is not a condition of purchase, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Email

Transactional emails about your engagement are part of the service and will be sent regardless. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message, and unsubscribing does not affect your engagement.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

Your rights

You may, at any time:

• Ask what information I hold about you
• Request a copy of it
• Ask me to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask me to delete your Financial Documents
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications

Email me and I will respond within thirty days.

Children

This is a service for business owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how your Financial Documents are handled will be emailed to active clients.
