The Clarity Intensive
One session. Ninety minutes. We open your actual numbers together, find where the money is going, and you leave knowing exactly what to fix first. No homework. No dashboard you'll never log into. Just answers.
Sessions are limited to one per day. Booking requires 48 hours notice so I can review your documents before we meet.
What actually happens
This is not a discovery call in disguise. We work.
Bank statements, P&L, merchant processing. Not a survey about your numbers. The numbers. I've already reviewed them before you arrive, so we start with findings, not setup.
Processing fees you're overpaying. Subscriptions nobody cancelled. Pricing that doesn't cover what delivery actually costs. Cash flow timing that makes a profitable month feel broke.
An actual number, calculated from what your business can support, not what's left after everyone else gets paid. You started this to pay yourself. Let's make that true.
One priority. Not twelve. The single change that moves the most money, and exactly how to make it.
Delivered within 24 hours of our session, in writing.
Every dollar we found that's leaving your business unnecessarily, with a number attached to each one.
What you can actually pay yourself, how often, and what has to be true for it to hold.
What's coming in, what's going out, and when. The timing problem, made visible.
The highest-leverage fix, written plainly, with the order of operations to get it done.
Before we meet
You'll get a secure upload link the moment you book. I need these at least 48 hours before your session so I can do the work in advance and we can spend our time on findings instead of file-hunting.
Sessions without documents get rescheduled, not refunded. I'm not being difficult. I just can't find your money if you won't show me where it lives.
Numbers = failure/success. I rejected failure, so I rejected numbers. Now I'm saving over $4,146 per year in money leaks, and my business is generating more monthly income.
She never made me feel foolish for not knowing something. She has a way of bringing clarity to chaos and helping people move forward with confidence.
I am not afraid of my finances anymore. I feel much more in control of it all, and really feel like I can and am thriving.
Non-refundable once scheduled. One session per day, so availability is genuinely limited.
Your accountant files your taxes and tells you what already happened. I sit between your bookkeeper and your CPA and tell you what to do next. Different job. Most of my clients keep their CPA and are referred to me by one.
Because your P&L tells me what your bookkeeper categorized, and your bank statement tells me what actually happened. The gap between those two is usually where the money is. I can't find it from a conversation.
In practice that hasn't happened. But if we get through your numbers and everything is clean and optimized, I'll tell you that plainly and you'll leave with confirmation instead of a fix. That's still worth knowing, and it's still $497 well spent.
Absolutely, and you should. The training teaches you the framework. The Intensive applies it to your actual business. If you're not ready to open your books, start with the training.
The Intensive is one session and a diagnosis. The 8-Week Reset ($1,497) is a small group cohort where we do the whole rebuild together over eight weeks. The Intensive tells you what's wrong. The Reset fixes it.
Because most of the work happens before we meet. By the time you sit down with me, I've already been through your statements. I'm also holding a day for you, and I only do one of these a day.
Then the $497 you paid gets credited toward your first month of 1:1 advisory. You're not paying twice for the same diagnosis.
Your numbers have something to tell you. Let's spend ninety minutes finding out what.
